Discord Requirement: All players must be active in our Discord server. This is where rules, server events, and staff notices are posted. "I didn't see it" is not a defense—it's negligence.
Maturity & Conduct: Respect is the cornerstone of this community. No harassment, toxicity, trolling, or OOC drama. If you're here to create chaos, we'll show you the door faster than a fleeing bard.
Staff Discretion: Staff interpret and enforce rules based on both their letter and spirit. If something isn't explicitly written, staff will apply precedent and common sense. Don't argue on technicalities.
Appeals: Think a punishment was unfair? You may appeal—but whining in public channels won't help. Submit it through the proper system and let uninvolved staff review it.
Terms of Service Compliance: By joining, you agree to Discord's TOS and the server's. Exploits, automation tools, or hacking attempts are instant ban territory. Period.
English Only: To maintain clarity and moderation, all IC and OOC communication must be in English. This isn't a polyglot tavern.
Rule Knowledge: Know the rules or risk breaking them. "Nobody told me" is not a shield—it's a confession of laziness.
Ban Evasion: Alternate accounts, VPNs, or sneaky tricks to avoid bans will just stack punishments. Don't play hide and seek with staff.
OOC Conduct: Harassment via DMs or OOC messages, even off-server, is still actionable. Keep it classy everywhere, not just when people are watching.
Naming Policy: Names must fit the server's medieval historical tone. "Sir Buttkicker" or "Legolas420" will get you renamed—or booted. Use names that belong in a 13th-century setting, not a meme page.
Character Biographies: Optional, but highly recommended. A short bio unlocks deeper features like character kills, jobs, and refund eligibility. Half the work, twice the rewards.
Profession Limitations: Nobles lead, they don't plow fields. If you're a noble, your role is political and social, not economic. Peasants do the labor, lords do the scheming.
No Non-Human Characters: Humans only. No vampires, werewolves, dragons, or half-elves—even if you RP them "subtly." This isn't a fantasy fair.
Map Entry/Exit: Characters must get staff approval before exiting or re-entering the map IC. No disappearing acts or sudden reappearances with new armor and a crown.
RP Quality: Poor quality RP—lazy one-liners, godmodding, zero emotes—will be warned and removed if it continues. This isn't a text-based shooter.
Stay In Character: Always. Use //
for OOC chat. If you start breaking character in local, staff will remind you that this isn't Discord.
Justified Attacks Only: Random killing (RDM) ruins immersion and is bannable. Every hostile action must have a real RP reason, not just "I felt like it."
Gear Access: You must use only what your character has equipped when the situation starts. No hot-swapping gear in the middle of a fight.
Dragging/Wounded Carry: You cannot sprint, dodge, or attack while carrying a wounded player. Walk only, no exceptions. Don't turn someone's injury into a mobility boost.
KO = Critically Wounded: Being knocked out means your character is in critical condition. Roleplay it seriously—don't spring up like a cartoon character.
Stay Down: You must remain downed for 5 minutes minimum unless another player helps you. Timer starts once the scene settles.
No Combat While Injured: You cannot return to combat after being KOed unless healed or stabilized. Violating this is powergaming and will be punished.
CK = Permanent Death: CKs are final. That character is gone forever, with no reroll or revival.
Consent or Application: All CKs must be mutually agreed upon OOC or reviewed and approved by staff.
Narrative Requirement: You must build up to a CK through ongoing RP. One-off ambushes with no development will be voided.
Proof Submission: Provide proof of the buildup (screenshots, video, logs) within 48 hours. No proof = no CK.
Forced CKs: Staff reserve the right to CK a character for extreme or repeated rulebreaking, including meta abuse, faction sabotage, or OOC harassment.
Rob Gold, Not Items: You may only steal up to 20% of a KOed player's gold (capped at 3,000). No looting gear, weapons, or personal effects.
Robbery RP Quality: Robbery must be immersive. Use /s
and follow the "Three C's":
Minimum Online Requirement: Banditry is only allowed when at least 25 players are online. If it's quiet, leave the crime spree for another time.
Timer & Consequences: After a robbery, you must remain in-character and on the map for 30 minutes. If you're caught, the timer resets.
Chest Looting: Do not loot faction chests or storage unless you have staff approval or are an authorized member of that faction.
IC Justification: You must have a legitimate in-character reason to imprison someone. "They looked suspicious" doesn't count.
Time Limits: Standard detainment lasts no more than 24 hours unless you've scheduled a trial or it's a war scenario.
Activity Requirement: If a prisoner doesn't receive any RP for 2+ hours, staff may authorize their release or jailbreak.
Faction Theft: Taking a faction's gear and leaving is theft. This can lead to a forced CK, even if done "in character."
Faction Bases: Bases are safe zones unless the owning faction initiates combat or staff approve an incursion. Don't start a war at the castle gates without reason.
Raids: All raids must be scheduled and pre-approved by senior staff. Surprise raids without approval will be voided and punished.
Building Destruction: Burning or destroying player-made structures requires OOC permission from staff. You are not Genghis Khan.
Historical Roleplay Only: This is a grounded, medieval roleplay server. No spells, mechs, fantasy races, or anachronistic behavior. You're not a wizard, Harry.
Realistic Professions: Roles and jobs must fit the setting. Blacksmith, healer, baker = good. Hacker, bounty hunter, gunsmith = no.
